Why You Need a Combination Resume Sample
Why You Need a Combination Resume SampleIf you want to put together a combination resume, you will have to be well-informed about the available resources available for you to get started. The first thing you should do is obtain a good combination resume template. This can be accomplished by checking with your local HR department or by searching online for one that suits your particular situation.Look for a resume template that matches the job requirements that you would like to fulfill. Sometimes, the online resource has a very attractive looking resume sample that you can use for free. However, this may not be suitable for all of your needs. You may also find yourself in need of a more detailed combination resume. Also, make sure that the resume sample that you are looking at has a good enough look and feel to it. It should be appealing but not too busy or overbearing. Remember, you want to have the ability to easily customize the resume so that it fits you perfectly. You should have the capability to add a cover letter and other information.Another thing to consider is what amount of work is on the resume sample. Do you have experience as a computer technician? If so, you should be able to add this experience as an additional skill that you can include as part of your resume. One thing that you will want to consider is how to put together a combination resume that works for you. It is important to look at yourself from the perspective of someone who is considering hiring you. A first impression is often the most lasting. So, if you want to make a good impression on the potential employer, you will need to get your skills and experience across very clearly. In addition, the resume sample you choose to use will have a lot to do with the best combination of skills that you have to offer. Some of these skills will be directly related to your ability to find the job that you want, such as your technical knowledge or your interpersonal skills. However, there are other things that you will need to have a working knowledge of, in order to do your job search effectively. There are some basic networking skills that you will want to incorporate into your resume, and some common sense skills that you will want to add as well. You will want to use these skills to your advantage, and not to your disadvantage.Consider what you need to do to get the most out of your combination resume sample. You want to use them to ensure that you have all of the basic information that you need to know to land the job that you want. Remember, this is a personal statement, and this is your chance to show the employer just why you are the best person for the job.

What are the Challenges When Looking to Hire A Python Developer CareerMetis.com
What are the Challenges When Looking to Hire A Python Developer Python is one of the most popular programming languages in the entire world, for its enormous capability and simplicity. This leads to developers of Python being experts in some areas of Python only, itâs rare you will find somehow who can do it all. And, you donât actually need someone who can do it all in Python, as the streams arenât all required for one kind of project. A tunnel vision, in this case, would be essential, keeping off the cost to hire a master Python developer. The key to making your project a success is how you plan to hire developers. We are dedicating this article to challenges during hiring Python developers.evalFor the fact that you will find a huge number of developers specializing in different fields of Python, we have compiled a list of challenges you are going to face. It is a brief about the actual challenges but will give you a good idea on the road to hiring Python developers.1) Determining the costevalThe cost is said to be directly proportional to the amount of experience of the developer. And finding a developerin a budget can be a real challenge sometimes. Especially in the case of Python, you canât be so sure about the money the developer asks for. A core Python expert with 4 years of expertise might be much costlier than a Django developer with 7 years of experience. The cost while hiring Python developers will certainly vary a lot, depending on the specialization of the developer. So, rather than hiring a core python developer for doing everything, hire 2 less experienced ones to keep the balance. This way, you will save a significant cost, while significantly reducing the total development time.We know hiring 2 developers instead of one is going to be double the challenge, but is it? Finding a top expert core Python developer would be much tougher than finding 2 moderate experienced ones. The fact is that the best ones may be engaged with software development firms already or are into some big MNCs for years.Finding o ne from the already too few might happen to be much more difficult. If you because of the complexity of your project, need to hire an expert Python developer, you will need a team and resources accordingly. We suggest you rather hire a Python development company for your project, comparing the cost and effort for both.2) Actually finding a developerThere are a few popular places where the Python developers hang out on the internet, we bet you know about most of them. Websites like Upwork and Fiverr are top hits for job searching for many freelance Python developers. And, if you want to see which ones are greatest contributors in the community, thereâs always Redditand Githubto follow. If you are adamant about spending minimum resources on finding Python developers, you have always got job portals and consultancies. These people work as mediators between the employee and employer, for a nominal fee of course. These points will help you get through the phase when you have to make the tough choice.evalYou will mostly find limited resource pool in your particular area, we suggest you at least scale the search to the entire country. But since there are more Python developers each day, you will surely find someone who can get the work done. And finally, thereâs always already set up Python development companies, which can lend you their strength for building your project.3) Choosing between remote and in officeBoth developers certainly do the same thing, but working with them is a completely different experience and feat. If you are building a team without one real manager, we suggest you go for the in-office only. The fact that you particularly need someone to look after the team is absolute in the case of remote workers. But to be honest, looking for developers to work in your office at a specific location is a tough job. Most of the people arenât looking forward to changing their location, but would happily be doing work remotely. Thereâs also always a choi ce to hire full-time remote developers, it is up to you to decide. The cost isnât going to be different much significantly, but if you hire someone remotely from someplace like India, you might get a real bargain.Another substantial problem is getting people who are comfortable in working remotely, at your end. That includes yourself too, you need to learn how to manage remote workers to take full advantage of this type of employment. But hiring someone at your location could be a pain like we said above. Below some points would take care of deciding if you should hire someone from a job portal to work in your office.4) Finding the one with the right experienceevalThereâs Machine learning, AI development, Web development, and so much more being done with Python. Python also plays a huge part in Data Science, essentially separating all these fields are the developers who have mastered them. You will find developers working for all kinds of things in Python, but you need to check their relevant experience for your particular field and projectâs requirement.Obviously with increasing complexities, the challenge to find and hire Python developers to increase multiple folds. If you are searching for someone who can build you a project on machine learning, these challenges would be multiple folds tougher than to find someone who can create a website for you. All of these points, cost to hire, difficulty to find, vary highly considering the niche you are planning to hire them for.It all comes down to finding the one with the right amount of experience to balance all factors. You need to understand the basics of your project and build a custom team that can make bits and binds them together to work for your project. As we mentioned above, hiring two moderate levels is better than hiring one top-level Python developer.eval5) Python frameworksBecause of the vastness of Python, developers have taken the road to frameworks. The frameworks make development much less r edundant and easier while consuming much lesser time than generic development. There are Python frameworks for anything and everything you can do with Python. Most developers you find will be experts in one or more frameworks, thatâs just how it works these days.We have some of the top Python frameworkslisted already, and of course, you need to choose one before starting to look for developers. Our list will help you with the basics of top Python frameworks, you will need to research the rest according to your niche and project requirements. With a framework to be used for your projectâs development, both cost and development type will be greatly reduced. With some top frameworks like Django, Turbogears, Dash, development is faster and easier for developers. All of them serve a particular purpose in the line of development, and there are some full-stack frameworks too. With the vastness of Python, frameworks make it a lot easier to get a grasp of different functionalities and use s of Python. Most developers you will find will be an excelling in one or more of the top Python frameworks, choose depending on your requirements.6) Core Python development skillsEven though this is one of the most underrated conditions for hiring a developer, it is very necessary to focus on it when hiring for managers. The fact remains that all these frameworks and uses of Python have originated from core Python. Finding someone with deep understanding and knowledge of core python will require real effort. The fact that we focused on hiring them as managers for your project remains, and this is a universally understood fact. So, you are going to pay a lot more salary to someone with a piece of fundamental knowledge, but is it worth it? It is for you to decide depending on the complexity of your project. If you are anywhere near touching AI and ML, you are surely going to need a team of fundamental experts, along with those who can work in these streams of Python. So, make a choice depending on your niche, or take help from some of the top Python development companies as they already have some of the best fundamentally strong Python developers. The path to choose is yours, the scale of the project will especially matter for this particular point, as itâs going to cost a significant amount that goes into development.ConclusionevalWe have discussed some of the most important challenges you are going to face while hiring a Python developer. Weighing in all the factors will help you on various levels of planning your project. Of course, you can decide if you want something or not depending on the complexity of your project, but some things are a must. Check for knowledge as the top priority, but also ensure the cost to knowledge ratio remains in your favor.Python is vast, one of the most capable of all development languages. The world of Python development has a lot of things on offer, any type of project can be accomplished with the right Python developers on y our side.We know it is difficult to weigh in all these factors in the right amount, but it is a must for the long-term sustainability of your project. Also, make sure the one managing the project knows the inside out of Python, as thatâs going to make a huge difference overall. If you somehow fail to find the top Python developers, you can always outsource to the Python development companies. The experience of these companies counts and they also happen to employ both the fundamentally strong for managing the projects, and those who excel in particular frameworks, for building the projects. We hope our article would have been of some help to you, we wish you the best for your future endeavors.eval

Heres Why We Remain Stuck In Careers We Hate - 8 Essential Reasons - Kathy Caprino
Heres Why We Remain Stuck In Careers We Hate - 8 Essential Reasons Speaking with people every day who are in careers or jobs they hate, Iâve asked myself, âHow did we get here? How has it happened that so many thousands of people have become despondent, angry and lost about what they do for a living?â Clearly, there are many factors at play here, including the rise of technology â" that makes setting boundaries around our professional lives virtually impossible. Further, in the past 30 years, weâve become slaves to the almighty dollar, addicted to acquiring things we canât afford, which keeps us working longer and harder just to break even. And, the cost of living is so high for so many, that just making ends meet is tough. Additionally, many people have jumped into jobs or fields early in their careers, only to discover 10 or 20 years later that they canât break free. But I believe there are even deeper reasons for this epidemic of people hating what they do each day for their living. These reasons touch on underlying emotional, spiritual and behavioral conditions, and reveal a deep disconnection to what it means to live joyfully, authentically, and meaningfully. By the way, Iâm fully prepared to receive comments on this post that debunk it, such as: âYeah sure, Kathy, you can talk about having a meaningful career, but Iâm a single parent with two kids and canât afford the luxury of liking my work.â Or: âThis is nonsense â" work is work, and you should change your expectations if you think youâre going to love it.â Iâve heard these types of comments by the hundreds. I learned as a therapist that when people feel completely stuck, they get angry and defensive â" like a caged animal. They experience themselves as victimized and backed into a tight, dark corner. They just canât see a way out. But from my vantage point (and after reinventing my career from miserable corporate VP to supremely fulfilled coach, consultant and business owner), there is always a way out; there are always new options and solutions but often we just cant see them. Anyone and everyone can make their lives better, more satisfying, more enjoyable, but only if you believe that having more fulfillment or joy in your life or career is a goal worth trying for and within your reach (eventually). Based on feedback Iâve received from thousands of professionals here and abroad, Iâve observed the following eight core reasons why people remain stuck in careers they hate. As I share these, please know Iâm not sitting in judgment of any of these; in fact, Iâve lived through each and every one of these conditions. 1. You donât know yourself deeply enough The vast majority of people I see in the workplace just donât know themselves at all. When asked, âWhatâs your top priority in life and in your career? What would you give up anything for?â or âWhen youâre 90 looking back, what do you want to have done, been, and left behind? â I get blank stares and mouths hanging open. People donât know themselves well or deeply today. Why? Perhaps we donât make time in our lives to get to know ourselves â" weâre just too over-the-top busy. Or perhaps the process of knowing oneself deeply is intimidating and scary. Whatever the reason â" if you donât know who you are, at your core, and what you stand for and care about, how can you lead a life that aligns with your needs, values, and interests? (My free Career Path Self-Assessment will help you get to know yourself better.) 2. You know yourself, but you make yourself wrong Ive seen that women in particular might know themselves and identify what they want, but they make themselves wrong about it. They tell themselves, âYeah, I want to change, but Iâm wrong or foolish (or selfish) to feel that way.â Or âIâm lucky to have a job, so I shouldnât rock the boatâ or âI have so much â" I should just feel blessed and not complain.â So many people (women in particular) doubt the validity of their feelings or repress their deepest longings because they think theyâre wrong to have them. Until you can make yourself ârightâ about what you feel, you wont find peace or joy. 3. Youâve lost the courage to act For many who know what they want, theyâve lost the courage to take BOLD action. Weâve been seduced by some misguided concept that life should always be easy. Where did we get that idea? Making change is never easy (its scary and threatens the status quo), but itâs so worth it, especially if you hate where you are today. It takes courage, grit, and commitment to bring about lasting change, and you can do it, but only if you decide to connect to your own internal power, courage and fortitude. (Check out my book Breakdown Breakthrough for real-life stories of courageous women whove transformed their lives and careers.) 4. Youâve prioritized outer ârewardsâ (or other peoples needs) over your own happiness This reason is yours if you can answer âYesâ to this question: âAre you staying in a career that makes you miserable solely because you think itâs the only one that will keep paying you what you want?â If money is keeping you stuck, itâs time you think about prioritizing your happiness over your checkbook. How much money do you truly need? Is your current lifestyle so important to you that youâd trade it over your health, happiness, relationship, and your well-being? Of course you have to pay your bills and meet your financial obligations â" Iâm not suggesting for a minute that you donât. I am however recommending that you revisit how you live and what you truly need. Meeting your financial obligations doesnât have to mean that you have to be angry, thwarted, unhappy and sick for the rest of your life. 5. Youâve been brainwashed by the myth that youll go broke if you pursue work you love Thereâs a prevalent myth in the U.S. today that if you pursue your passions and do rewarding work, youll go broke. Another version of this damaging myth is that work is supposed to be grueling, challenging and unsatisfying. We look at people who love their work and we hate them. We say, âYeah, sheâs doing what she wants to, but thatâs because she was (lucky, born into it, inherited money, beautiful, privileged, etc.) And I canât do that because ___.â We give ourselves thousands of reasons why loving what we do professionally just isnât in the cards for us. We do that because itâs too painful for us to watch other people thrive and adore their work. We want it to be impossible because it seems so unattainable and so far away from us. 6. Your emotional overwhelm sabotages you Every day I see individuals who are highly competent, smart, achievement oriented and outwardly successful, but are in terrible emotional overwhelm â" theyâre gripped by anxiety, fear, feeling victimized, and they lack the ability to speak up authoritatively or with command. Theyâre in a constant state of paralyzing emotional overwhelm. The emotionality of their lives keeps them from reasoning through effective solutions and strategies, or finding the physical energy to make a change. 7. Your shame and vulnerability keep you from getting help One of my favorite author/speakers â" Brene Brown â" is a shame and vulnerability researcher (donât miss her great TED Talk here.) She shares her findings that vulnerability is at the heart of living life full out. If weâre afraid of appearing and feeling vulnerable, then we blunt all of the other experiences/emotions we desperately long for, including happiness, connection, empathy, love and more. Further, if you need to appear the âexpertâ and wonât admit your flaws, foibles, or âgaps,â youâll never get the help you need to make life change. As Einstein has said, âYou canât solve a problem on the level of consciousness that created it.â 8. Youâve forgotten what career bliss, and true happiness, feel like Finally, the most depressing reason of all is that youâve simply forgotten what it feels like to be happy and joyful in your work. You canât remember the last time you said about your work, âThat was a great day well spent!â or What a joy to do this work! We all strive so hard to achieve, win, or survive â" and weâre so beaten down by it â" that many have lost touch with what true joy feels and looks like, and weâve forgotten to want it. If any of these reasons resonate for you, thereâs only one choice to make â" stay put in your misery or make a bold change. Itâs truly that simple â" not easy, certainly, but simple. What choice will you make â" a career you hate or something better? (To build a successful, rewarding career you love, join me today in my Amazing Career Project career transformation program.)

Treasure Map Your Way to a New Job! - Hallie Crawford
Treasure Map Your Way to a New Job! If one of your New Yearâs resolutions is to find a new job, to help you keep your resolution, make a treasure map or vision board. A treasure map or vision board is a graphic representation of pictures and words representing the goals you want to achieve. You can paste your pictures on a manila folder, poster, or paper. Then, from magazines, cut pictures and words describing your next job. You can even draw your own pictures or create them using a computer. Examples include a picture of a smiling employee behind a desk; stacks of money; and the words, fulfillment, achievement, and satisfaction. The key issue is to place your vision board in a place where you see it often and embed the images in your mind as a form of positive thinking. When you are specific about what you want, reality conforms to your view of it. Donât believe the technique works? Just ask people who use this it to tell you their stories. One woman used this technique to help her think positively about her upcoming operation. As a picture of vitality, she chose a picture of a French Can-Can dancer kicking her leg high in the air. Not only was her operation a success, but later in the year, she unexpectedly had the opportunity to travel to France. As the old saying goes, be careful of what you ask, for you just may get it. May your vision board help you find the job of your dreams. And, if you need any additional help, coaching is always available to help in making your dreams come true! We hope this is helpful to you! New York Marathon 2018 Desiree Linden Says Keep Showing Up
New York Marathon 2018 Desiree Linden Says 'Keep Showing Up' Desiree Linden was just two seconds short of her dream. The elite marathoner saw the 2011 Boston Marathon as an opportunity to emerge as a star on the competitive scene. But, after 26.2 miles of running at her fastest marathon pace to date, she crossed the finish line just two seconds after that yearâs champion. Seven years later, and after nine more marathons, a stress fracture, and multiple second-place finishes, Linden got her revenge. Fighting through heavy rain and winds, the two-time Olympic marathoner became the first American woman to win the coveted Boston Marathon title in more than three decades this April, spurring a nationwide victory tour and, more importantly for the 35-year-old, a fulfilled dream. Linden credits her win with a simple, albeit onerous, philosophy: Keep showing up. (Itâs a phrase she uses so often, in fact, that she filed to trademark it with the U.S. Patent Trademark Office.) On Sunday, Nov. 4, Linden will show up to the New York City Marathon for the second time in her career, this time taking on the course with a marathon title in her back pocket. And sheâll toe the line with a competitive field that includes reigning New York City Marathon champion Shalane Flanagan, three-time New York City Marathon winner Mary Keitany, and 2018 London Marathon champion Vivian Cheruiyot. But worrying about the competition could hinder your growth and mentality, says Linden. âSometimes results are out of our hands,â Linden tells MONEY. âYou might feel like youâre not getting the success you want or the results you want, but itâs not really in your control. If five people show up who are just better than me, I canât be disappointed that I didnât win. But I still can love the work and improve myself.â Learning to Let Go Linden, who lives and trains in Michigan, had a result-oriented mentality early in her career â" making her second-place finish in Boston and in a number of other major marathons all the more consuming. In the lead-up to the 2011 race, she imagined herself as the Boston Marathon champion â" and crossing that finish line in second place was the first time in months when that dream no longer felt like a reality. In 2017, she led the pack of the Boston Marathon for half the race until she faded and finished in fourth place. That disappointing result was hard to get over. âI felt like maybe I missed my window of opportunity,â Linden says. âIt became this haunting thing.â But still, in the back of her head, Linden felt so close to her goal. She re-focused on her work â" and she started to enjoy running again. But even in the first few miles of the 2018 Boston Marathon, Linden felt like it just wasnât her day. So she slowed her pace to help Flanagan, who was also vying for the title, catch back up to the lead pack after taking a quick bathroom break. Then Linden blocked the wind for Molly Huddle, another American who Linden will race again Sunday. In helping out her competitors and taking the pressure off herself, Linden began to soar â" and crossed the finish line first with no other runner in sight. As for how she spent her $150,000 prize for winning in Boston? Linden struggled to find something fun to treat herself with. She bought âstupidly expensive shoes,â then thought, âI donât actually see myself wearing these,â and sent them back. âIf I werenât savvy with money, I would get a stupid car,â Linden says. âThatâs the worst investment ever.â Embracing New Challenges and Opportunities Now, Linden feels ready to take more risks. Over the last several months, she has changed her training to implement more strength workouts and she left her long-time running team. Instead of feeling pressure to now win New York, she feels a sense of relief. She now has the freedom to experiment with her training and racing, potentially elevating her to a higher level or falling flat on her face. The 2020 Olympic Marathon trials arenât too far away, and if Linden qualifies, sheâll become the first American woman to represent the U.S. in the marathon at three Olympic Games. âI can keep doing the same and do really well, or I can try to change it just a little bit and maybe find another level,â Linden says. âIt might go the exact opposite direction, but I have the ability now to risk that and to try to strive for that one more step up.â But she will always make sure her hobbies and side hustles arenât ones that could result in injury. Linden, her husband, and two other athletes manage the coffee subscription brand Linden True. She has more than 30 bottles of whiskey â" a number of which are engraved by the maker or signed by the master distiller. âWhiskey has never injured me â" yet,â she jokes.

Power Week - the one event that tripled the productivity of our team
Power Week - the one event that tripled the productivity of our team 677So what is the Power Week? The Power Week is a new concept initiated by a Bulgarian Startup one year ago and has not been properly explained yet. Independently, the two words are pretty clear. But contrary to popular impressions, the Power Week is not a team building event, nor a week filled with hard work and no play. It is actually a perfectly balanced combination of both. The main objective of the Power Week is to move your whole team into nature. To get connected with it, energized by it.It is not enough to have a very cool office designed in a way that helps the teamâs productivity. You need a change of the surroundings and the scenery, in order to be more productive. The team lives together for the whole week. To me, this brought a whole new level of integrity and motivation. It also brought new ideas to our company and product.I am convinced that itâs the best method for being a more productive team, brainstorming new ideas, setting new goals for the future and becoming a more successful business, regardless of what stage itâs at.Where/When to organize the Power Week?At Enhancv, we chose the beginning of September when the weatherâs still warm and everybody was present at work. Generally, we all enjoy the warm weather and the sunshine, therefore it was an easy choice for us!When it comes to where*, *this year our company chose a housing complex in a small village, just about 15 kilometers away from one of Bulgariaâs most beautiful mountains â" Rhodope. It was perfectly suitable for our team of 10. All we needed was a bed to sleep in, good Internet connection, a big enough room where we could fit together with all of our equipment (computers, speakers, whiteboards, etc.) and most importantly, beautiful nature as far as an eye can see.The bonus was a swimming pool, the ownerâs friendly dog Arthur and a big garden with a BBQ shed. We gathered there every evening to eat together, play games and talk about life. Generally, I got to know each t eam member better and learned their story. We became better friends and I know I can trust them more now. What did we do during the Power Week? Some of the activities we planned beforehand but some of them happened spontaneously. For example a lip-sync battle, where one pretends to sing while the musicâs playing loudly. It was amazing to see everyone getting into the character of a particular singer, dance like them and act like them. It was the night I laughed the most!Other night we cooked pasta together and discovered that one of our developers is an amazing chef! (He promised to cook his Carbonara in the office too!) Our conversations during the evenings included topics like ââYour most embarrassing momentââ, ââWhat would you do if you were named a CEO of our companyââ and others similar to these.During the day we played pool volleyball to freshen up. We also drove ATVâs to get the adrenalin going. We climbed the ancient Thracian city of Perperikon, learned abo ut its impressive history and enjoyed stunning views of Rhodope. Every morning we practiced Yoga, I never thought it could be so energizing! The one thing, however, that Iâve experienced for the very first time was meetings by the pool and in the garden. Everyone could have a drink and feel free to speak whatever came to their mind. (Topic related, of course.) During those meetings, we came up with many new ideas, improvements and possible future projects. It was amazing to hear everyoneâs point of view and endless creativity in some. We also included one-on-one meetings where we talked about current problems, recent wins and future goals we want to achieve as individuals in the company.Related articles:How to identify and embed your company culture to grow your businessWhen work is a pleasure, life is a joy!How we screwed up an awesome feature (and learned our lesson)We also worked on our usual tasks but it didnât really feel like work. There are no set working hours. If you f eel overwhelmed, you can always jump in the pool or go for a walk to clear your head. When you come back to your tasks, you are ready to rock again! What are the benefits and why is it important to your business? For us as well as all the companies that have tried it, there is no doubt the Power Week is an essential and necessary event every company should organize at least once a year. Because it was such a game changer to our business, Enhancers actually organize it twice a year. Once in the summer and once in the winter. This one, however, was my first and I must say that it not only helped deepen our company culture and values. It also got the critical creative ideas flowing thanks to the change of setting and break out of the routine. The environment simply helped bring the best in every team member. It created a space where all departments can be under one roof together and inspire each other with new ideas for the core business itself, the product, design and marketing efforts.M ost importantly, it helped erase any possible groupthink that has formed over time and thus brought missed opportunities to light. Believe it or not, weâve accomplished much more during the Power Week than in any other regular week! It is exactly because of the perfect balance between fun and work. That is something you canât achieve in a traditional working environment. As I attended a Power Week already, I know that it has the potential to greatly increase the quality of the relationships inside your company and not only that. In order to list them all, I would probably need a second lengthy blog post. The most important ones, though are: employees get to know each other better and become closer to each other. This will make them collaborate more efficiently and reduce friction in the workplace. You will, in general, get more work done. Many of your colleagues or employees will step out of their comfort zone to overcome things that were holding them back before. Each person in th e team will discover a new side to each other as well as themselves, they didnât realize was there before. Finally, you will create so many new memories which you can always come back to and cherish as a team.Generally, the Power Week promotes a flatter and leaner structure with less hierarchy. This, in turn, results in equity and a sense of achievement amongst your team. As I said, the positives are countless. I still smile when I think of our Power Week and I surely will always remember it.If you consider yourself an organization that is looking for an alternative to traditional ways of working and regular team building events, the Power Week is definitely what you have to try!Have you been to a similar event before? What were the best outcomes for your team from it? Share with us in the comments below. Tags: Company Culture, enhancv
